Week of July 15th Plan

Here is my training plan for this week:

Monday - easy 3 mile run and 60 minute workout video
Tuesday - jog/spring intervals
Wednesday - REST
Thursday - easy 3 mile run and 60 minute workout video
Friday - REST
Saturday - 5 mile run
Sunday - cross train

I am using this week to break in my new shoes...New Balance 860v3
